Everyone knows and enjoys a church festival cardboard bingo game. However now the American Legion is participating in the Minnesota MegaBingo every Wednesday night, while continuing with their usual bingo games.

The game MegaBingo is a game that is played statewide at numerous bingo establishments. These bingo establishments may be bars, bingo centers or bingo halls where people compete with each other over a single bingo game.

They compete with each other to win a network prize; and this is what is otherwise referred to as interactive bingo.

Playing a game of MegaBingo is not difficult; all you have to do is to buy your MegaBingo card between 7 to 8 pm. However it is mandatory that you play at least four regular games of bingo before trying your hand at MegaBingo. Regular bingo starts at 7 pm at the Legion.

When playing MegaBingo, odd bingo numbers are daubed before the bingo ball draw on odd numbered days while on even numbered days, all even bingo numbers are daubed before the draw.

The Legion is connected to at least 24 establishments in the state, by the internet at 8.15 pm. People in the establishments all play MegaBingo via the internet.

The winning amount for MegaBingo is determined by the number of MegaBingo cards that are sold at establishments where the amount is displayed before the first ball is drawn.

If you win at MegaBingo, you will be issued a check that will be mailed to you in four business days. Of course, if there are two winners the amount is split equally.

In MegaBingo, the game does not end with the Jackpot being won. It continues till someone at the Legion or other establishments wins a Black Out where a $99 prize is awarded.
